With over a decade in the VET sector and insights from ongoing postgraduate study in education and leadership, she combines strategic thinking with hands-on instructional design. Whether guiding a team or rolling up her sleeves to build learning materials, Carlia ensures the work is grounded, effective and aligned with real-world outcomes.

With experience across healthcare, trades and business, she creates content that connects with learners. Tania also coordinates Bright Blue’s extended team of designers to deliver scalable, high-quality results. She’s currently completing postgraduate study in innovative learning design.
